Q. What is the size of your facility?
A. We have two buildings totalling over 7500 square feet of climate controlled area. We also have a 3500+ square foot outdoor play yard.
Q. Where will my dog spend his time during the day? Where will he sleep at night?
A. All of our guests spend their days loose, playing in supervised play groups both indoors and out. Each dog is assigned its own pen with a bed which they sleep in at night.
Q. How often are dogs/puppies fed? Do I need to bring my own food?
A. We feed the adult dogs two times a day, puppies are fed three times a day. We feed PRISM products; if you would like to bring your own food, we will be happy to use it.
Q. My dog requires medication, will you administer it?
A. We will happily give any medication provided at no extra charge.
Q. Do you require dogs visiting the School to be vaccinated?
A. Yes! Puppies must have had a minimum of three rounds of vaccinations. On adult dogs, all vaccinations must be current within the past year. ALL DOGS/PUPPIES need a Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccination within the past 6 months.
Q. Can I pay when I pick my dog up?
A. Payment is due when your dog is dropped off.
